Scope

These Terms govern your use of LumiStudios’ website features, including the catalog, saved/tracked lists, and cart-like tools used to prepare and send booking requests across countries and time zones.

Accounts & Eligibility

You may use LumiStudios as a guest where available. Some features require account creation. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Minimum requirements

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and comply with these Terms.

Bookings

Bookings are requests. Final confirmation is provided by email after availability verification and acceptance of the studio’s conditions (including any on-site rules).

Payment terms depend on the studio, location, and booking type. Any quoted taxes, deposits, overtime policies, cleaning fees, and damage deposits will be disclosed in the booking flow or the confirmation email.

Deposits

Some bookings require a deposit to secure the time slot. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the studio’s policy.

Currency

Prices may be shown in local currency. Your bank may apply exchange rates and additional charges.

Overtime

If you exceed booked hours, overtime may apply. Always plan wrap time for reset and cleanup.

Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by studio. The policy for your booking will be shown before confirmation or included in the confirmation email. If a studio becomes unavailable, we will work to notify you promptly and assist with alternatives where possible.
